One team, four jurisdictions

We coordinate cross-border business structuring, documentation, and trade intelligence with consistent standards and local knowledge.

Our story

VbannaCorp was built to solve a recurring frustration for internationally-minded businesses: coordinating incorporation, banking, documentation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions usually means juggling disconnected vendors in each country.

We provide a single coordinated point of contact. From first entity formation to ongoing documentation and trade intelligence, our team maintains consistent quality standards while applying jurisdiction-specific regulatory knowledge.

Singapore operations hub

Singapore is our operational centre. Its regulatory clarity (ACRA for companies, MAS for financial services, MOM for manpower), stable legal system, and position as a regional gateway make it a natural base for coordinating activity into the UAE, Isle of Man, and the Cayman Islands.

Partner network

We work with formation consultants, introducers, and channel partners across our markets. Each partner operates within a scoped framework — handling their own referred clients' service progress while we maintain the underlying documentation and compliance backbone.

Compliance philosophy

We build around legitimate legal tax optimization, not tax evasion. Every structure we help create is intended to be properly documented, transparently reported, and defensible under the laws of its jurisdiction. We do not facilitate concealment of income, assets, or beneficial ownership.

All tax positions are jurisdiction- and circumstance-specific. We help structure and document — but final legal and tax positions must always be verified with a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction before acting.

Entity disclosure — pending counsel review.

VbannaCorp operates as a cross-border group: a Singapore-incorporated parent (VBANNA) and an India-incorporated operating subsidiary (VBANNACORP), serving Singapore, UAE, Isle of Man, and Cayman markets. Detailed claims regarding this group structure — including transfer-pricing and permanent-establishment considerations — are undergoing independent legal review. Full entity-specific disclosures will be published here following counsel sign-off, in accordance with Section 9 of our internal strategy.
